Pinsky Studio

Exploring the intersection of algorithmic processes, formal systems, and tangible art

About Pinsky Studio

Pinsky Studio turns mathematics into matter.

Founded by Peruvian artist Bregy Malpartida, the practice builds custom tools—from plotters and code to live-coding visuals—that let simple rules blossom into complex forms you can hold, watch, or walk through.

We treat formal systems—cellular automata, conformal maps, language models—as our raw material, then translate them into pigments on cotton paper, laser-etched paper, or site-specific light. Each piece shows a thought becoming a landscape, revealing how tiny instructions grow into living patterns.

Every work comes with the algorithm that drives it and an open invitation to look under the hood. By sharing process and result side by side, we bridge the digital and the tactile, sparking both aesthetic delight and intellectual curiosity.
